  • The moment between booking and the actual call is a powerful opportunity to shape expectations, build trust, and create momentum.
  • Warming them up beats winging it.
  • Guide, educate, and pre-position yourself so closing becomes a natural outcome, not a high-pressure pitch.

The Magic Window That Most People Waste

There’s a sneaky little window most entrepreneurs ignore: that space between “Booked” and “Call Started.”

You know the one I mean. Someone schedules a call, maybe for tomorrow or next week… and nothing happens in between.

That’s wasted potential.

That window is where you can warm them up, frame the conversation, build belief, and create micro-commitments—all before you ever open your mouth.

Here’s how I think about it: if the person shows up cold, I failed. But if they show up curious, excited, and already a little bought in? That’s a win. That’s when sales becomes a conversation, not a pitch.

So what are you doing in that window? Are you giving them a taste of what it’s like to work with you? Are you showing them how to think, how to prepare, what to expect?

Or are you sending a default Calendly confirmation email and hoping they show up?

Effortless positioning isn’t about being loud. It’s about being intentional. It’s about shaping the energy before the call starts—so you never have to chase the close again.

Stay tuned for more insights in our next newsletter. Remember, it's the small adjustments that often make the biggest impact on your business's profitability. Here's to your continued success!
