Key Points of the Newsletter

  • Your worldview was formed before you ever had the ability to challenge it.
  • Old programming like “I’m not enough” runs in the background unless you bring it forward.
  • Everyone carries stories, and those stories are real, but they’re not always true.

The Stories Running Your Life Aren’t Even Yours

There’s a window in life—early, often before you even remember—when your worldview gets installed.

And here’s the kicker: you don’t get a say in it.

You’re too young to question, too impressionable to filter. So what you’re taught becomes what you believe. Not because you chose it, but because it was programmed into you. And once those stories are in place? They don’t just fade with time. They run on a loop in the background… forever, until you consciously stop them.

Generations of programming get passed down this way. Layer after layer of narratives we never wrote, but still live by.

I’m not smart enough.
I’m not good enough.
I’m not successful enough.
I’m not attractive enough.
I’m not worthy.

Yeah, I’ve had all those scripts. Still catch them showing up sometimes. And I know I’m not the only one.

If any of those sound familiar, you’re not broken. You’re human. You’ve just been running code that was written without your consent. And the only way to overwrite it is to first acknowledge it’s there.

This isn’t about politics or trauma comparison. Yes, there are atrocities happening all over the world. Yes, some people have had it much harder. That doesn’t make your story less real. It doesn’t make your pain invalid. It just means your operating system needs an upgrade.

We all have stories. Stories that are so real they feel like facts.

But here’s the truth: just because a story is real doesn’t mean it’s right.

You don’t have to raise your hand. You don’t have to admit it publicly. Just start by recognizing the voice in your head that says you’re not enough, and ask if that’s your voice… or one you inherited.

That’s where change starts.

Stay tuned for more insights in our next newsletter. Remember, it's the small adjustments that often make the biggest impact on your business's profitability. Here's to your continued success!
