Welcome to the Latest Newsletter
of Playing to Win!

My newsletter is designed specifically to help business owners like you grow your companies with tried & applied bits of business knowledge, all communicated in actionable, bite-sized chunks. I will share insights and advice aimed at enhancing your business operations, boosting your success, and allowing you to focus more on what truly matters. Let's work together to achieve your goals and make your endeavors a reality.

Key Points of the Newsletter

  • I don’t believe in inspiration for the sake of inspiration, it’s often just noise.
  • Content is how I document my thinking so I can track growth (or lack of it).
  • If one idea triggers someone to challenge their assumptions, that’s the win.

This Isn’t Motivation. It’s Documentation.

Let me clear something up.

I don’t create content to inspire you. I don’t wake up thinking, “How can I motivate people today?” I’m not a motivational speaker. That whole category feels like smoke and mirrors to me. Feels like performance. Feels like bullshit.

I create content for one reason: to document how I think.

Selfishly.

Because I want to be able to go back—two months from now, two years from now—and trace the breadcrumbs. To see how much I’ve evolved. Or, if I’m honest, how much I haven’t.

The content is for me first.

But if you happen to see it… and it makes you think… that’s where the value starts.

I believe we each carry a responsibility, to contribute. To take what we’ve learned, what we’ve broken through, and what we’ve survived—and package it in a way that might help someone else.

That’s the point of sharing.

Not to impress. Not to “go viral.” But to offer something back into the system with zero expectation of return.

So when I post or speak or share an idea, I’m not trying to hand you a perfect solution. I’m distilling lessons from a book, a coaching call, a painful failure, or a sharp insight—and turning it into something small enough to fit in your mental pocket.

You don’t have to believe what I believe.

I’m not here for agreement.

I’m here for clarity. For documentation. For accountability.

And if something I share causes you to pause, question, or even reject an old pattern… great. That’s a win.

That’s contribution.

I don’t do it for applause. I do it so I can look back one day and say, “Yeah, that’s where the shift started.”

If anything I’ve said caused you to stop and rethink something, that’s all I ever hoped for. Let’s keep building forward.

Stay tuned for more insights in our next newsletter. Remember, it's the small adjustments that often make the biggest impact on your business's profitability. Here's to your continued success!

Stay driven to push your business forward,
Ryan Niddel
