Trust Your Gut: Making the Right Decision |
Ryan Niddel here again, and today I want to talk about the importance of trusting your gut when making decisions. This isn’t about pressure or persuasion—it's about clarity and authenticity. Here’s how it works: the structure of the opportunity is laid out before you, and you already know if it speaks to you. If it does, jump in. If it doesn’t, then don’t. Don't think about someone following up with you or begging you to join. Nothing about the offer is going to change: the price remains the same, the value is consistent, and there are no sudden discounts or new deals coming your way. The inputs are the same, and they will continue to be the same. So, take a moment to sit quietly with yourself and reflect. Your gut already knows the answer—whether this is something you need to do or not. Many people spend a lot of time justifying their decisions. You’ll justify why this is a good decision or why it’s not the right time. And that’s perfectly okay. You’ll be respected and appreciated regardless of the path you choose. But understand that the justification process is just that—justification. The core of the decision, the true yes or no, comes from within you and is already clear. When faced with a decision, especially one that could transform your business or life, your intuition is your best guide. It’s not about waiting for a better deal or hoping the offer will change. It’s about recognizing that the opportunity as it stands is what you need to consider. Here’s the reality: if you’re looking for a sign to make a decision, this is it. The structure of the opportunity is solid and well-defined. If it resonates with you, take action. If it doesn’t, that’s okay too. The key is to make a decision from a place of inner certainty, not from external pressures or the allure of potential changes. So, Business Builders, are you in or out? The answer lies within you. Sit with yourself, listen to your gut, and trust that instinct. Making a decision from a place of calm certainty is far more powerful than one made in a rush or under pressure. |
